Polish mirrors & chrome; remove limescale from taps/shower where visible.
Restock toiletries & toilet paper to agreed levels.
Empty bins; replace liners.
Kitchen
Wash/put away dishes; empty dishwasher if run by guests.
Wipe worktops, hob and splashback; sink cleaned & odour-free.
Clear guest food; light fridge interior wipe; empty bins & recycling.
Restock agreed consumables (tea/coffee, sugar, oil/salt/pepper, washing-up liquid, sponge, bin bags, paper towels).
Living Areas & General
Dust all surfaces; wipe light switches & handles.
Vacuum and mop floors throughout; stairs & edges included.
Straighten cushions/throws; reset décor to listing photos.
Clean interior windows/mirrors streak-free.
Amenities & Staging
Set welcome book/cards; check remotes & bulbs; replace from host stock if provided.
Inventory spot-check (glasses, mugs, plates, cutlery, hangers) vs agreed counts; flag shortages.
Photo spot-check after reset (on request) to match listing.
Safety & Handover
Verify smoke/CO detector indicators; windows secured; heating/AC set per policy.
Lockbox/key safe check; rotate code if requested; confirm keys accounted for.
Log and report damages or missing items with time-stamped photos.
