Whole Property

  1. All rooms dusted: skirting boards, door frames, window sills, light fittings & switches, sockets, vents, radiators.

  2. Interior windows, frames, and mirrors cleaned streak-free.

  3. Cobwebs removed; walls spot-cleaned where safe.

  4. Floors vacuumed (edges, under/behind furniture); hard floors mopped.

  5. Doors and handles cleaned/sanitised.

  6. Wardrobes/cupboards (empty): inside, outside, and tops wiped.

  7. Shelves, unit,s and surfaces wiped.

  8. Bins emptied and cleaned.

Kitchen

  1. Worktops & splashback degreased and wiped.

  2. Cupboards & drawers (empty): cleaned inside/out, handles included.

  3. Sink & taps descaled; drain cleaned; stainless polished.

  4. Hob, extractor & splashback cleaned; extractor filters cleaned if accessible.

  5. Oven interior & racks deep-cleaned.

  6. Fridge/freezer cleaned inside/out (freezer cleaned if fully defrosted beforehand).

  7. Dishwasher filter & seals cleaned; quick rinse cycle if needed.

  8. Microwave inside/out; small appliance exteriors wiped.

  9. Floors vacuumed & mopped; plinths/kickboards wiped.

Bathrooms

  1. Limescale removal from screens, showerheads & taps.

  2. Tiles & grout cleaned; glass & chrome polished.

  3. Toilet descaled & sanitised (including base/behind).

  4. Sinks, countertops, and mirrors cleaned.

  5. Extractor/vent dusted.

  6. Floors vacuumed & mopped.

Living Areas & Bedrooms

  1. Surfaces wiped (tables, TV unit, sideboards).

  2. Sofa/vacuum between/under cushions; furniture fronts cleaned.

  3. Beds: frames wiped; mattress surface vacuumed.

  4. Wardrobes/drawers (empty) interiors wiped.

  5. Lampshades dusted; window tracks cleaned.

  6. Balcony/patio swept and surfaces wiped (if applicable).

Final Checks

  1. Property aired; rubbish removed to the collection point.

  2. Photo documentation (before/after) available on request.

  3. Report any damage/maintenance issues.
